This is the final of three educational public workshops from Lines That Live: Larry Alcala at 100, a collaboration between the Cultural Center of the Philippines, the University of the Philippines’ Department of Visual Communication, and the Larry Alcala Estate. This workshop is an experimental take on “Moving Images” through stop motion by applying the principles of animation in Pixilation – a technique wherein real people and live environments are animated frame by frame.
